How To Get a Runner

BiteRider.my On-Demand Delivery Service is a delivery service that helps users or cilents to send items such as foods and beverages, documents, parcels, and gifts to their customers, business partners, family and friends instantly.

  1. Download BiteRider app, tap on “Runner” and select “Runner Service”.
  2. Fill in and complete your pick-up details and delivery details.
  3. Fill in and complete booking details. Click “Submit” to confirm your booking.
  4. After confirming your booking, check for delivery fair, pay and wait for your task to be completed.
  5. You can track your booking and rider real-time in the BiteRider app.

Unfortunately, we do not accept advanced bookings or next day delivery at the moment.

Our riders have been trained extensively coupled with robust background checks. In the unfortunate and unlikely event that any damage or loss happens to your goods upon delivery, you may reach our customer service at (60)11-2084 1135 or (60)17-5212 338 or (60)17-5212 661 (daily operational hours: 10am-10pm) for immediate assistance.

BiteRider.my on-demand delivery service is available in Sungai Petani, Penang Island, Bukit Mertajam, Simpang Ampat, Nibong Tebal and Kuching. Coming soon in more cities in Malaysia in year 2021.

We accepts a variety of payment methods like Debit / Credit Cards, Online Banking, PayPal and E-Wallets such as GrabPay, Boosts, Touch N Go.
